Not all in best condition but the fact that it is there is amazing in the first place. I visited over 100 of the Irish VW Dealers, Sub-Dealers and Service Points that were in the 1950s in Ireland and there is SO little left.
Making some space for other stuff hence offering the below.
- 1960 Edition VW Technical Drawing. Came from Fermoy dealership (pre current VW dealer). Measures roughly 80x60cm. Glued on board. €75.
- 1950s Castrol sign (Castol printed in hand writing up to around 1958). Not porcelain but metal. 60cm diameter. Came from same dealer in Fermoy. Very nice condition. Not a reproduction. €95.
- Original VDL binder with some Service Bulletins and plenty of mold. VDL = Volkswagen Distributors Ltd = VW Importer. Rare item but terrible condition but genuine piece of history. Found in Fethard Co. Tipperary €25
- 1951 / 1952 VW A1-size poster on board. Found in Co Galway. EXTREMELY rare but poor condition. I do have a contact that can remove this poster from the board and restore it but it is seriously expensive to get done. As is €95.
