I had my Marathon converted to disks up front a few years ago and had the prob of not being able to fit the caps, as the flange on the hub is far too snug to allow the cap brackets pop into place. As others here have suggested it's just a matter of having the flange on the hub removed.... which I did.... and all perfect.
