I'm clearing out the upstairs office and these are up there in boxes since forever. I have been blessed with two girls who are more interested in dolls and teddy bears than cars and spanners so there's little point in hanging onto these.
There are three complete kits, a pile of extra cars and some other stuff, read on:
Kit #1: Scalextric Sport "Competition Rally" €80
6.5M of track, 2x Subaru Impreza cars, upgraded with additional transformer. (The second transformer is the single best upgrade you can make to a standard kit. It means that when one car crashes off the track, the other car doesn't get a voltage spike, making it instantly speed up and follow its opponent off the track. 2x transformers means one per car so they're completely independent.)
Kit #2: Scalextric Sport "GT Pursuit" €40
3.9M of track, 2x Porsche 911 GT1 cars, upgraded with working lights, front and rear. Also has a second transformer.
Kit #3: Scalextric Sport Digital "Lane Challenge" €120
6.7M of track, 2x Porsche Boxster cars. This was revolutionary when it came out: you can swap lane and back again at 2 points on the track, meaning both cars can be on the same lane at the same time. You press a button on the controller to activate the lane change solenoid on the track. There's another button on the controller for the brake. I think you can race up to 6 cars on the one set too. There are other features in the control unit that I can't remember. You don't need the second transformer with this kit, it compensates for a car crashing off automatically.
Just so you know, the "Sport Digital" Boxsters will work on the other "Sport" sets but none of the other cars will work on the digital set. They don't have the on-board electrickery that the Digital ones do.
Extra cars:
Unmodified:
Carrera Evolution brand DTM Audi A4 in box €15
Carrera Evolution brand DTM Mercedes C-Class in box €15
Carrera Evolution brand '67 Mustang fastback in box €15
Scalextric brand Ducati motorbikes x2 in boxes (riders missing and a bit banjaxed, would need a dose of superglue to put right) €5 each
modified:
"Pink Kar" brand Polizei Beetle, modified with better rear wheels/tyres €10
bay window bus pickup:1:32 tinplate toy on Scalextric F1 chassis €10
split microbus: 1:32 die cast toy on Scalextric F1 chassis €10
split beetle: 1:35 airfix beetle on Scalextric chassis. Unfinished but drives. €5
mini: modified with narrow axles and better tyres €5
bare driving chassis: build your own custom slot car €3
Extra track:
12x long straight secions €2 each
6x quarter curves €2 each
random extras:
1x spare transformer €10
1x 1:32 toy Renault Truck with box trailer. Nice addition to a "built" racetrack setup if that's what you're into €5
1x boxed unused Scalextric conversion kit to transform a standard car into a Sport Digital car. Requires soldering. €15
most of the photos above are grabbed from the web with the exception of the modified cars. If you want individual images of the actual sets/cars just ask. All are in "played with" condition. The Carrera cars and the Subarus are missing the tiny little wing mirrors that they fit for realism but in reality get snapped off on the first bend. Discounts available for multiple purchases
I can deliver to Fermoy next weekend or the Drag day in a few weeks time. Cash preferred but Paypal OK if you want to pay the stupid fees.
