Thats car tax you are on about, rust tax is a different thing. I,ve heard that its to stop pollution. How in the name of god are you ok, you,ve got half the allocated rust of cork in your gaf.

The only answer I can see is to get any thing you have restored before its brought in,

ok so what i dont get is whos goneing to be taxed for gates fences rails telephone masts the spire in dublin manhole covers bus stops and stuff like that becouse they all rust

Its customs and excise that collect car related taxes. What you are quoting would come under local authority. So get restoring now .
