Decided to scrap the 1959 beetle for several reasons:
- Project was still in The Netherlands, started, got a ragtop roof welded in which I later regretted (as I bought the 1952 split original ragtop).
- Too many other projects and would ultimately not fit all 4 cars in my garage. Better to focus on fewer cars.
- I got a good offer for the body as a guy in Belgium needed it for an oval restoration.
- Some parts I will keep for my 1955 convertible: engine (with Judson), gearbox and brakes (356A) will be transplanted into the vert... one day...

As this is a 1959 beetle most parts will fit 1956 - 1959 beetles!!!

So the following is for sale:
- Full interior. Seats and bench in blue cloth (original) extra set of rear benches - Very good condition
- Original door and quarter panels in blue
- NEW German woloen headliner (not for ragtop) by HimmelService http://www.himmelservice.de/english/home.html
- NEW full German square carpet set by HimmelService, anthracite and rear lugage area in lightgrey (as correct for a black car)
- NEW full set of rubber mats light grey from WolfsburgWest (LHD) also have NEW matching grey handbrake boot (not easy to find)
- Rear view mirror and separate NOS visor

I need a left door for my oval, so long as it looks superficially "correct" I'd be happy. I'll leave the finer details to the trainspotters ;)

I also need a windscreen for the oval too.

Do you have anything to suit?
