Somehow it is a pity that I did not know that you would be in my area (we were only a few miles apart) - I would have liked to join you for a bit, or even you would have liked to join me - I did the trails in the Cavan Burren Park, for some impressions please see the pictures.

Belcoo campsite would be handy enough, the Cavan Burren can be actually seen from there, it is roughly SSE in front of Cuilcagh Mountain just about 4 miles drive uphill from Blacklion/Belcoo.

And the Cavan Way from Dowra to Blacklion passes the Shannon Pot and leads through the Burren Park so one could walk from Blacklion straight up (3 miles) or from up there down (which would be much quicker) or drive to the Shannon Pot and walk from there (and so on).
