Must be a carb engine - otherwise it'd be a mini
stage 1 engines are usually 'fast road' engines with an emphasis on a bit more power than standard but with useability rather than out and out power in mind - usually they have a milder rather than wilder cam so that they'll do useful things like idle.
Dillon'd need to explain what its got though - the term can mean a lot of things to a lot of people but it should mean that the engine was improved as a whole rather than, say, just having a wilder cam slapped in with no other breathing mods.
stage 1 kit on mini is new carb new manafold hardened push rods and few more bits .new would 1000 euro.it has a mk3 escort front seats just had new head lineing..needs an A panel and welding on back wing.if there is any real intrest in the car i would do the work needed
