I Have an Industrial unit to Let in Ashbourne 10 minutes from the M50.3800ft/sq with 1400ft/sq of fully furnished office space and 1400 sq/ft of warehouse space in a new nicely landscaped buisness park on the outskirts of ashbourne looking for €1750 p/m if anyone knows of someone looking to downsize or it could be split in 2 to bring the rent down.
