Clearing out the shed to raise some funds for the next project!

All prices are negotiable as I'm not sure what some of its worth!

All parts are located in Wicklow, but I am in Dublin every day and sometimes I'm in Sligo and Kildare so can accommodate where possible!

Two 205/70/R15 winter van tires €50 for the two:




Standard beetle exhaust, with tips €40


An almost complete 1200 engine, missing the rear tin and one rocker cover, all other tinware there, has a clutch, good dizzy, coil and fuel pump. Iv never heard the engine run, seems to have low compression as its very easily turned by hand €300






Full set of tinware, painted in matte black heat resistant paint €100


The crank from my 1300 engine, few marks on it shown in the pictures, no idea what this is worth, open to offers



Rear T25 springs €30, or would be open to a swap for a set of standard front springs


Full set of window rubbers, in good condition, no cracks, more photos to go up €70

Two headlights, I think they are off a 1303 €30 for the two





I also have two standard fuel pumps €10 each, and a dizzy (without cap) €10

I will take the exhaustplease, presume it fits a 73 1200?

I think the exhaust should fit, I'm almost certain but can someone clarify this??

you'd have to measure across the exhaust flanges of the exhaust and your 1200 engine and compare results, the 1300 is a touch wider than the 1200 due to the longer stroke.

are those rear wings genuine VW? If so I'll have them.

Thanks trev! Il measure the exhaust this evening and put up the dimensions!

Not sure about the wings, Il look for stamps on them tonight, any idea where they should be??

look along the mounting surface for a VW stamp. Might be corroded off though.

Run your fingers along the inside wheel arch lip and see if they get cut! The repro wings are usually fucking sharp along there!!

@walshe - I measured the exhaust took two photos so you know what way I measured it came out at 19" (shown in the photo, let me know if this matches yours



@Trev - I checked the wings, as you guessed couldn't find the stamp, but I didn't cut my fingers! Let me know if you want them, if not Il let murfman53 have them
