I have booked a spot on the show for an Eircooled stand, anyone who wants to come along and join us has to register with the show organiser so they know how many are coming please see the email below from the organiser who is Tom Heavey from the Vintage Scene magazine.
We are delighted to have your club register for Classic Fest 2022. We really look forward to welcoming yourself and your club members.
As you know, there is a personalised goodie bag for all who exhibit on the day. For this to work, we now need all your club members that intend to display a vehicle on the club stand to register. To do this, they need to register as an individual exhibit, but most importantly put in the name of your club under the ‘Club Stand’ heading, so we can allocate this space to them and your club. So please send this email or below link to those representing your club with a display vehicle on the day. If your members have already registered and put in
club stand details, then they do not need to do it again. If they have already registered and did not add the club name at the time, please ask them to register again.

As you are aware, this event is for pre-2000 vehicles. However, we appreciate that some clubs have members with interesting cars newer than 2000. To facilitate your members, we will allow post-2000 vehicles enter, only for club stands.
Also, we are going to have a personalised sign for your club on your stand on arrival. For us to complete this, if you haven’t already done so, please reply to this email with your club logo, a 200-word description of your club and its contact details.
That’s it for now – we will send another email with details of your stand location in the week before the show.
Looking forward to seeing you all on the 3rd July
