going to put this up here first i know its not a VW but you never know sombody might be looking for something different LOL

for sale 1988 renault 4 van ex stephens green garda van
needs some welding 1 small patch on the front cross member another on the left front inner wing .the rear of the roof also needs welding but nothing major (well i dont think its much of a problem). the van runs and drives but does not stop :D the brakes need sorting i have all paper work asking 900 euros will take some pics tomorrow if anyone is interested


(dont think this will go quite as fast as my pickup did :D:D )
i may also be selling the citrone HY pick up i havent fully decided yet

looks like a nice van, my postman had one of those when I was a kid. In orange ;)

I wonder though, is the Smart car 3-stud bolt pattern on the wheels the same as R4? Or maybe three of the 6 on 4x4 wheels? There was a vento at Dubshed with Mitsubishi L200 wheels with rubberband tyres. Completely changed the look of the wheels, they looked amlomst like Lamborghini Countach wheels. Nice dish too.

Nice R4 Van John. These are certainly getting rarer and rarer each year!

A R4 Van is on my list of To Do cars. Always wanted to Mid-mount a R21 Turbo engine and box in the back. Have the engine and box here just waiting on the right Van and the right time. Unfortunately now is not the right time to be spending money...so she says!!!! ;)

Trev the PCD of the R4 is 3x110 while a Smart Car is 3x112.5. The R4 has the same PCD as the earlier Mk1 R5's and really anything else compatible without adapters.
