When I was getting my garage sorted out I found a place to store my cars and all the bits and bobs that accumulate. I've moved almost everything back home again so I'll be vacating it in the next few weeks. The lady who rented it to me asked me to see if anyone else would be interested in renting the place.
It consists of a brick warehouse type structure with large sliding steel door. It'll hold two buses and two cars comfortably and has 120v and 240v electrical sockets and plenty of lighting. Its located on a farm with own access through electric gates (remote control provided). There are plenty of dogs around who make plenty of noise when visitors arrive. Its not Rolls Royce accomodation - its a concrete structure and not airtight so there is some dust and variations in humidity but its dry, secure, spacious and not very expensive.
Rent is 150 euro per month and there is the option of an adjoining unit for additional money. There's no lease or minimum rental period. The adjoining unit is about twice the size of the one that I rented.
Its located close to Rathsallagh House in Co. Kildare.
If anyone is interested, I can meet up with you, show you the place and introduce you to the lady concerned.
Edit : added more info re the adjoining unit
