When I was speaking with the guys in NBOC about the drive-in movie they also extended an invitation to their flagship event in September. Alistair then emailed the following:

Cathal,

Nboc would like to extend an invitation to all Eircooled members to bugw2. We look forward to welcoming all eircooled legends to this event in September more details including pricing to follow.

Bugs2TheBrewery - 17/09/2016

The historic brewery of Hilden will be opening it doors to us once again. After the success of last years Bugs@TheBrewery the question posed has been not will this happen again, but
when ?

NBOC are pleased to announce that in association with Hilden Brewery that Bugs2TheBrewery will take place on Saturday 17th September 2016 !!

More details will be announced over the oncoming months but we are excited to be partnering with
Hilden Brewery once again to bring this static show back for a second consecutive year.

With your support we know we can make this show bigger, bolder and better. We look forward to welcoming everyone to
Bugs2TheBrewery !!

At the AGM Liam Cummins (Rascal1) was telling us that he went to this show last year and he had a blast and cannot recommend it highly enough for 2016. We had also decided that we would promote this show on our forum but thanks to Alistair, Peter and all the guys at NBOC for the invitation.

We're spoilt for choice with events throughout the year on our little island so now the only problem is trying to decide which ones to go to :D

Thanks so much Cathal for posting this. Last year was so special for us and we turned up the volume on this show to offer more: quality food, live music, lots for the young dubbers and not so young. This year we will be adding more and expect a crowd!

Loving the Aircooled Alliances and connections forming all over our wee Emerald Isle. The best is yet to come.

Catch ya all at Jumpstart.

There isn't overnight camping as such yet at the venue!? Last year we finished around 4:30pm so Hilden could turn things around for their evening bookings. They are very accommodating so could keep it in mind. We can certainly look at a few local sites to recommend and see if we can work something out for folks coming a distance.

The other great option which a few of us took up last year, was booking Lisburn Premier Inn for craic after the show. They have a decent bar/restaurant and rooms from £35. My wife and I stayed there and its a grand place.

Lisburn is quite handy, its just off the main Dublin to Belfast M1 that now bypasses Newry, so its a great road all the way.

But come here, we can certainly look into camping for peeps. We will do whatever we can to make it possible and welcoming for all.

see our pics from last year, Hilden is a real time capsule of a place. Lovely atmosphere in front of the Georgean House and in the cobbled Courtyard Stables. We have full use of the whole site, including an enclosed garden great for kids. We have full access of the Tap Rooms bar/restaurant and this year the upstairs function room and as such Hilden is doubling our capacity for the Hilden Tap Rooms BBQ. There's no getting the disposable BBQs out at this, the BBQ with sides is provided by their award winning restaurant.
