has anyone got any spare beetle repair panels that they haven't used? Suitable for a '73 standard torsion bar beetle.

I'm in need of a front apron, rear apron, right side rear bumper bracket repair, front lower quarter panels (inner wheel wells), heater channels, front bumper bracket repairs, spare wheel well panel, inner rear cross members. I know they're all available from the usual suppliers but if you have them in your loft and no plan to use them, there's no point in letting them rot there, right?

also, if anyone has some decent doors, wings (upright fronts, elephant foot rears), a bonnet with the vents at the top, genuine VW front quarters would be nice, or some of those full body sides Britt was sending over a few years back.

basically, the full list of the usual suspects. I have some gathered up in the loft myself but I need to complete the list :)

very good of you Paul, cheers! I'll make arrangements to get to you. I'm planning on going to Enniskillen on the 9th for the drags so I'll be heading up the M1. I'll let you know closer to the day.

thanks again :)

I have some 'heater channel bottom plates' - basically the bottom flat plates/panel of the h/channel section that bolt to the pan; I think they are Kklokkerholm; their flash rusted; were dry stored in the shed/hung up on nails; but they are years old; your probably looking for full channels but you can have them if they are of any use...

biddlebop , be great if you could find out what your buddy has and what hee wants for them.

BLZEEDUB, I actually have a pair of channels in the loft with no bottom plates. I had bought them with the intention of making some bottom plates but yours might do the trick! Cheers. I'll be in touch next time I'm going your direction. Cheers :)
