It's like Chinese whispers. It was described as a Marathon Edition in a previous ad but there's nothing on the car to support the claim. The new owner obviously picked up the description ass-ways!
It's been on Donedeal a few times in recent years: in a yard clearance sale in Carlow in March '21 with no price and again in May '21 but in Waterford this time with a price of €3500. Now it's in Offaly for €2500.

That is cheap for a 6v beetle. Small window shell is always a bonus
I was going to say that's a nice price until I saw the rot. It's way overpriced, considering how rusty it is. Great reg though!
