Looks decent enough from what you can see in the photos. But type 3's are a hard sell for some reason. In Ireland there are now 4 type 's up for sale, and have been for a while. But they are a great classic.

Are Brazilian Beetles less sought after over the Euro cars ? Also, what's going on with the rear camber on this one ? Nice looking car.
Yeah they are, Irish built and assembled beetles are preferred here not saying that non are imports but a lot of them are. The rear camber is like that because I might have been just off the ramps so the suspension hasn’t settled yet.

No @trev its not a genuine 1300s, it’s the one that sat on top of the container in Sandyford.
It's a curious one. There's so much "correct" about it but then the chassis number isn't anywhere near the 300 Irish 1300S's. The chassis number it has refers to a Kasan Red 1200 from May 1973. It's got the heated rear screen, it's got the riveted plate on the front apron but the engine looks like a '74 and newer 1200 with the alternator and the big can distributor.

My educated guess would be that it's a proper UK GT Beetle, on the log book of a mid '73 Irish-built 1200 but missing the 1600 engine and with different wheels and some different interior bits.
