Thanks very much Bugnut. Always an option to stick a pop up top and get it registered as a camper and get the €88 tax. Just needs a kitchen pod and the top. You could put the top in yourself to save costs.

For VRT purposes the height is no longer an issue but for motor tax it is, at this point in time, but my guess is that at some point in the future they will fall in line, but by that stage they may have implemented the looming EU guidelines

Also, that is a very nice looking van
