Friend of mine is selling this. Think he was looking about ?1200ish (STG) once he MOTs it.

"Bought this for the summer and took her off the road in september to do a few bits. But think i might have to let her go to fund another project i put a newish suspension in her, a clutch, back brake shoes and a cv boot and give her a service.

shes a 1990 gt2
120,000 miles
no tax, but hoping to mot her next week
tan leather
electric windows
lazerline alarm and remote central locking
spax shocks and 40mm bodge springs
weber carb
body work is in very good condition, runs very well and pulls well
not selling her with the clear indicators though, ill get a set of standard ones before she goes.

not sure on the wheels thatll be on it yet, got a set of bbs rx's (i think) with two brand new pirellis and two good goodyears. Or else a set of 14" steels with legal tyres. Negotiable

Another mate possibly selling this one too
1989 VW Scirocco for sale. She is a 1800 carb with 142,000 miles behind it. Bodywork is in good condition with the odd bit of surface rust here and there but not noticable.

At 139,000 it had the following:
-Full service
-New clutch
-New front calipers and pads
-All new rear brakes (drums, cylinders, shoes etc)
-New rear brake pipes
-New rear wheel bearings
-New fuel lines in the engine bay
-New throttle cable
-Weber carb installed to replace the pooberg
-Fuel tank cleared out so no worries there
-Resprayed the steels and fitted new tyres all round

Problems:
-Sunroof seized, but doesnt leak.
-As mentioned the odd tiny bit of surface rust.
-Drivers door could do with a new hinge pin as it drops down, but it still opens and closes fine.

The car comes with:
-cd/mp3 player
-8-ball gearknob
-40mm lowering springs
-set of alloy wheels+good tyres (need spacers to clear the front wheels)
-It will be getting a new cv joint in the next few days as well.

I have the original radio in working order for any enthusiast, it comes with the car. As does a towbar and a boxload of odds and ends.

She is mot'd until Julyish (might be August) and Tax'd til end of May
