I saw this, someone posted it on the mk1poloclub forum. It's the same year, model and spec as my yellow one and for what it is, it's horrendously overpriced.
the key phrase in the ad is
there was another for sale at the Tipperary show last weekend, a '79 "LS" model this time asking €1200, again horrendously overpriced for a project car.
it was rusty in the rear wheel arches that I could see from the outside, it's probably safe to say the inner front wings and the jacking points would all be f**ked too, the usual mk1 Polo/Derby rot spots...
anyway, my new policy on buying cars is: "if it can't be bought for €100 or less, it's overpriced"
