Hey everyone, it's with a heavy heart that I put my 77 beetle yella fella for sale. Between this, that and the other I never got to get it restored, as my panel beater let me down, then followed by a couple of house emergencies, etc, so now I neither have the funds or resources for her.

Short spec on it anyway:
Recinditioned 1600 type 2 engine fitted in 2004
Front discs
Lowered front and rear
CB performance dropped spindles
The engine turns over and runs fine, but as the clutch cable is gone I have never gotten to drive it, but the previous owner assured me it runs quite well
Please see below condition of body. I always have a cover on the car, as it's parked outide my house, as I have no garage, so condition hasn't really
deteriorated, since I bough it. But as they say a picture tells a thousand words so....

My asking price is €1200, andI think that at that it's quite reasonable, considering how much I paid for it 19 months ago, and there are quite a few decent parts on her, which are worth quite a bit on their own.

If anyone has any questions, or reasonable offers let me know. I don't have a trailer, so as it's not driving, the buyer would need some form of car-taker-awayer.

Thanks,
Mark.

Yeah, it's killing me having to sell it, but don't have a garage, and it will be a great project car for someone. Spose even if I had gotten it sorted I would need some form of dry storage, which I don't have. Proper downer as I really wanted to have a classic beetle, but it's not realistic at the mo.

€750 including 2 full floor pans from Martin Murray, 2 quarter panel repair panels (large), 2 crossmember repair panels, and a spare wheel well repair panel, and a full set of stainless floor pan bolts and washers?

Hey there. Sorry been offline for ages. No, not interested in a swap. Just need some space. It's provisionally sold now. Just waiting on better weather and some dollar bill. Cheers anyway.

Sound trev, I'll keep em in mind :) would you take some magic beans by any chance. Well I only got it into storage (with about 18 inches of space on either side of the car - cramped) a few days ago so goin to start strippin it down and see where I stand. All very exciting stuff. Well goin to do the clutch cable first an get this bitch movin. Love it.

Driftex I'm buying a 1973 Body in the same color ( OG Red) on Monday. If I choose to cut it up there will be every part you'll need available, less the rust that is.

Glad that you are keeping it!
