Posting on behalf of Mac.......Bottomstown broadband is arse!

Ladies and gentlemen of the eircooled.com fraternity, allow me to present a classic VW to you that I am very generously offering for sale in order that one of you lucky people can get to see why I say the Karmann Ghia is the best classic VW money can buy. Add to that fact that the car I am offering for sale is a very rare RHD model and you will see that this car is the one to own.
Of course I am not beefing this advertisement up unnecessarily because that’s not my style. That’s the type of thing a person who lives in Bottomstown but says they live in Newtown would say!
As most of you know I have a penchant for Karmann Ghias and have three of them which is fine but I have plans for the Clubhouse; a knitting and darning room so realistically one of the Ghias has to go to fund the new Singer I have my eye on.
7470_lg.jpg

Ain’t she a beaut? But I’ll save that for the thread I’ll start in the Arena........I know you can’t wait but you’ll just have to!
Anyway, back to the plans, and as well as the ‘darn’ room build........(ha ha, I do love my sewing related puns) I also plan on putting in a prayer/meditation room in the loft as I believe this to be a very spiritual place seeing as Kev kept shouting my god, oh jesus my head when he woke after the last BBQ.
The main reason I bought this Ghia was because it was it is a RHD Ghia and I have two LHD Ghias but as the resto on the ’61 is taking so long and the ’69 is probably going to need some lovin soon enough I can’t justify having it. Ok, that’s a lie. The real reason I’m selling it is to get some money together to buy my wife Michele the second L for her name! Honest!
So, to the car in question; it’s a 1972/3 UK registered RHD Karmann Ghia. It’s got a 1600cc engine which is running perfectly. It was a barn find when I got it and now it’s a Clubhouse find seeing as I never took it out so it has not only been barn stored for years but it has also been dry stored by me in the heated Clubhouse. Beat that bitches!!!!!!!
Here are some attractive shots of the car and I will even email you the originals (for only €2.73+VAT per pic) when you buy it J
As I bought it:

As you can see, it’s the perfect candidate for a revamp. This is what I had in mind for it

How does a loser like you who has no Ghia become a REAL classic car owner? Very simply really; I am open to offers in the region of €3,500.99 (+/-€10) or will look at swaps for some comfortable Scholl house shoes and a sewing chair with lumbar support.
Ideally the type of sewing chair I am looking for would be this exquisite chair suitable for all kinds of needlepoint work.
sewing_chair_close_up.jpg

I’m not interested in one that your incontinent grandmother used as pee pee smells tend to last and ever since that time in primary school when that rotund carrot topped boy shared his ‘warm’ Fanta with me I have a violent reaction.

However I would really love it to have storage under the hemaroid proof cushion like so

· such goods or, in the case of non-delivery, within 30 days from quoted delivery date. Failing such claim, the
· Seller shall not be liable to the Buyer in any circumstances.

· 15. Return of Goods: No goods may be returned without the Seller's written consent. Where goods are alleged
· to be defective or not in conformity with the manufacturer’s published specification, full details must be given
