I bought the car in Edinburgh in 2006 and the car was first registered in 1967 in London England.
Details:
Original Right Hand Drive
Electrical: 6V
Engine: 1500 Single port. Original engine
Brakes: Front disc / Rear drum. Complete brake system rebuild in 2007 including new pipes, master cylinder, rear drum cylinders, front discs and hoses.
Steering: Front beam replaced (with new) in 2008 and all ball joints replaced.
Tyres: 5 new Verdestein tyres with less than 500 miles. Spare 0 miles.
Wheels: Originals were galvanised and powder coated black.
Suspension: Front and rear torsion leaves with swing arm rear axel. Shocks (oil filled) all replaced in 2007
Gear: 4 speed with worn syncro between 2[SUP]nd[/SUP]/3[SUP]rd[/SUP]. Ok when you double clutch changing down.
Interior: Seats ok, door cards worn and need replaced.
Exterior/Structural: While structurally sound many panels have evidence of corrosion, some of which will require welding work to fix correctly.
Extras: Spare 6V and 12V wiper motor and mechanism (I planned a future 12V conversion)
Looking for 8500 euro. Feel free to come look and take a test drive. Open to reasonable offers from buyers with cash, no exchange offers, thank you.
