1965 VW Split screen Crewcab (Double cab / Doka).
Restored, see photos of cab area & underneath. The patina and sign writing have been recreated as part of the restoration.
Adjustable beam up front.
IRS rear suspension.
The gates are in reasonable conditions, fine as they suit the look of the van.
Engine is a 1600 single port, rebuilt in 2017 (by Bugbitz) with less than 2,000 miles on it.
New canvas in 2018. Height of bows can be adjusted (drop to height of cab).
Registered on Irish year related plates. Previously on UK plate (still have plates and V5 details)
Taxed to Dec 21
Fuch repo wheels with adaptors so can revert to wide 5 format it you wish.
Tyres front & rear have great thread (see photos).
Less than a handful of Split screen Crewcabs in the country.
