For sale 1964 VW Beetle - sold

Selling Velvet, a 1.5l beetle, engine was fully overhauled in March /April including new clutch and distributor all work was carried out at a reputable garage. Car is in perfect running order. 4 small rust patches.

The car features a wicker shelf and factory fit Golde sunroof, which needs repair (it was like this when I purchased it in Dec ’13)

Comes complete with roof rack and a file of all work which was been carried out since its full restoration in the UK & Haynes Manual

A truly cracking beetle there Tracey. I'm sure the buyer was upset not being able to close the deal. I had the pleasure of driving this car back from Galway a while back and it was fantastic. As people know this car has had it's weight in gold spent on it some years back being an older magazine featured car with the very desirable "Golde" metal sliding sunroof. I would personally add this beetle to the collection if space wasn't an issue and the missus was a bit more understanding! GLWTS Tracey
