If you're feeling brave and have nearly €10k burning a hole in your pocket.........

If it was me, I'd be buying Trev's Oval at a third of the price, plus you don't have to ship it into Ireland either!

Ratty Oval, 54 RHD.Irish CKD with shamrock glass.

All running and driving, 1600 mexican engine less than 5000 miles on it, reliable runner.

Converted to 12V.

Pan restored with new heavy gauge floor pans. It is a miss match of parts, it has a 66 gearbox with short axles, splitty nose cone to fit to the oval chassis. Late (6:cool: RHD beetle pedals, 55 oval handbrake assembly and shifter. Its not for the purists Lowered adjustable king and link beam. All new brake hydraulics, dual circuit

The body is rough. It has been repaired, badly, but has been done. there is some rot in the roof gutter that has some filler in it. new cheapo repro channels, patched front hinge panels and quarters. The welding is of a poor standard, its solid enough just looks messy. Its never going to be concours! Passenger door is not ribbed and has been botched to make the handles work. Original door included but needs repair. Original W lid. 4 tab bonnet - rusty and lead loaded but still a 4 tab. Removable H valance (ratty). Heart lights, they have been repaired but one glass lense cracked. 1 front wing and 1 rear wing original VW but not from this car. 1 front and rear repro. Some OG paint left. L19 atlantic green. Dash looks good!
Original batwing steering wheel with horn push. Rare zwitter only fuel tank. working semaphores. Irish CKD shamrock glass front sides and oval but not door glass.

Fuck, after looking at trevs at the weekend it appears to be a much better buy. Trevs is much more solid i dont think itll be around long after the extra work gone into it.
