Anyone got a spare engine lid for sale/free to suit a 73 1200 beetle?

Looking for a replacement carb for my 73 1200 beetle, it currently has a 31 pict 4 which is an oddball to begin with. I rebuilt it but didn't have a diaphragm for the full throttle pump and this is leaking.

Just asked Irish vintage scene about the date for Durrow show and have been told there is no show this year

Looking for an engine lid locking latch to suit a 72 std beetle or do I really have to pay €40 plus post to eBay?
