Also bought a load of stainless steel to try and make an exhaust.I have three exhaust here,but the ground clearance is not great with any of them.Just trying to figure out what might work at the moment.Have a couple of ideas sketched out.

They look a bit weird with the massive red plenum chamber,but I might leave that off,and fit trumpets.Not sure what to do yet.

Ended up ordering a set of OBX racing throttle bodies. They are made in America.Not the best quality,but the only ones I could find the bolt directly to the Subaru heads.They normally cost about $900.I got them for $500,plus postage and import duty,so I thought I'd take a chance on them.

Just a few updates since.Got the 2.5 na engine out of the Legacy at work. Ugly fkn thing.Got it cleaned up a bit and test fitted.Fits so much better that the quad cam.The trumpets are just things i bought on temu,just to get some ideas of how individual throttle bodies might look.

Ya Tim,I think I was waiting about 6 months.I'm guessing maybe the wouldn't be able to guarantee it unless they put it up? They have a ten year warranty I think. They are nice quality though,and they were unbelievably quick to assemble it,once they got here!

Hoping to have a two post lift fitted in the next week or so,and lift the body off then.

I cleaned the local Woodies out of artificial grass..thought it would be cheaper than tough tiles or something,but maybe not in hindsight😅

Took the old engine out while I was waiting for the shed..goodbye turbo🥲

Finally got the shed up last week.Car has been patiently waiting in the back yard for the last six months or so🙈..got rid of the twin cam turbo engine..got a single cam 2.5 non-turbo to go in for now.It will fit the engine bay better,has the same 165ish bhp,and it means i can get rid of a load...

😁...thanks Deckie.I think it will be a couple of months before the shed is done.It needs a respray at this stage I think,but might get it it out for a spin or two before that.Hopefully catch up with you at some event during the year👍

Got this wildwood brake kit from Limebug in the UK.I think they make the really nicely cnc machined brackets that come with the kit.It comes with a set of Hel braided brake lines and handbrake cables too.
