I saw this the other day and thought it might be of interest to some people in the locality. I was planning on going but I won't be around on Sunday. It's for a great cause and it's a fantastic excuse to get your old VW out for a run.

Colin's Fastback is still my favourite Type 3 and drew a crowd all day. Joe hitting for the hills on Sunday afternoon.

Tommy's barn find is insane. It's a shame it was parked up in a damp barn with just 14,700 miles on it. ,

I'll upload more when I get home tonight but these were ones I took with my phone. The convoy was the business. It was only when we pulled up along the road outside B&Q to make sure we had everyone in line that we could see the length of the convoy. It must have looked impressive to see so many...

Sadly for Mikey, not in full size but knowing Mikey it WILL happen one day! ......god help us all :lol3:

Loved this Ghia, but that's the problem with Stanford Hall, there's just too much choice and temptation!

A few of the VWs in the For Sale area This 1967 Type 3 Variant wasn't cheap at £12,000 sterling but it was gorgeous. It was a rare sunroof model too :cool: Mind you, for £12,000 I'd expect the wheel trims to be the right way around :lol3:
