nothing's being given away for free as far as I can see but some discounts...
1303 windscreen for €26 + VAT is a screaming deal though. I'd jump on it just to have as a spare if I had a 1303.

chap I know is selling the engine out of his newly restored split bus. It's a new (well it was new when fitted) VW Mexico 1600 engine with circa 3000 miles on the clock. So as close to brand new as you're going to get.
Price wise he's open to offers. I'm not sure if it's complete ready to bolt...
this is the commonly accepted best way to upgrade the drivers seat in your bus for comfort. The flat bottom of the Saab seat makes it perfect for the relatively tall seat plinth in the bus. My mate has this one for sale:
for sale in North Co. Dublin (near Donabate).
€50 buys is and you can...
anyone in dire need of a left side 3-point beetle seat in black basketweave? It's been in the loft for too long and I don't see myself needing it any time soon...
€20
I'm looking for something like this:
no bars needed, I have those :) just the box. Lockability is a must. It would be nice if it was in good condition, i.e. hasn't come into contact with multi-storey carpark height barriers ;)
anyone?
I was lead to believe by the seller that this was a bay window gearbox but when I got it I discovered it was for a type25.
It's a "side shift" "6-rib" 009 gearbox from a 2.0 petrol engined bus. Has the bracket for a hydraulic clutch slave cylinder.
€100
I got this on VAGdrivers recently with the intention of fixing it up. I went looking for parts and panels to replace the bad bits on it and luckily found what I needed.
Thinking about it now though, I don't reckon I'll get around to it any time soon, I have too many projects on and not nearly...
I'm looking for a fuel tank from a fuel injected bay window bus. Must have the extra nozzle for the return line and not be rotten at the bottom.
don't make me weld on my own tank
note two nozzles: one out, one in...
I've removed the 1800 type4 engine from my bus and I'm considering selling it. A part of me says to keep it because it's a "known" good engine with a lot of work/parts/time/money gone into but if there's someone going to wave cash in my face I could be convinced to let it go.
It's an 1800cc...
I'm looking for a fuel-injection tank for a bay window bus. Must be rust-free.
I'm also looking for a 200mm clutch kit, or even just the cover plate. I have a good 200mm friction disk.
anyone got one? not looking for a project. I want a good one that'll bolt in and work "out of the box" if you know what I mean...
easily identified by its "6 ribs" around the diff section:
they came in late model bay window buses
A chap I know is selling this car. Original Laois reg, it lived in Stradbally all its life.
Apparently needs an exhaust and the brakes sorted out but starts and runs fine. Eligible for cheap tax in a few months time.
Overall a good practical classic car. Any other time I'd be interested in...
I'm loading up a skip with crap from the garage. Amongst it is a pair of twin port cylinder heads, presumably 1300. They're bare of valve train stuff so should be considered "rebuild projects". I don't think they're cracked between the valve ports/spark plug holes. I'll double check if you want...
I got this for the Audi but it's not the look I'm going for. Besides, the spline in the centre is too small for the Audi steering column and would be a pain in the hoop for me to change at this stage so I've decided I'm out...
So it's for sale at the price I paid for it: €50. Will fit a small...
I was going to put this in the Audi but after restoring the dash and getting uncut door cards I have decided to run with 1973 spec and have no radio at all.
So it's surplus to requirements.
It's chrome finish with retro black knobs but the face flips down to reveal the CD slot. It accepts...
