Any one out there looking for 50's beetle glass let me know. A fella i am dealing with on another item says he has 50's beetle glass and he is going to give me a list. As soon as i know, you will too.

There appears to be , 1 door window glass, large. I fly window glass. I rear side window. and 1 front windscreen. Also i door card in poor shape but with a winder attached. I am waiting on the windscreen size.
It appears that Lancegaye Ireland was an irish glass producer that produced glass for many ckd brands over the years in Ireland. Set up in 1956 and then became part of another group in 1966. So this glass could be considered as at least 60 years old or more. The windscreen is 100% flat I have been told, but have not seen it yet
Chap says all the glass is shamrock marked Lancegaye. At the moment he says the glass listed here is what he remembers removing form the wrecked vw. His asking price is 150 euro, but i think he is a bit optimistic at that, which i told him. Probably nearer to half that. I am dealing with him for non vw parts which he is to deliver to me sometime next week....hopefully. Any interest in the glass and i can get that dropped to me to.

They are, i was at the guys house yesterday and he still has them. I was offered them to bring with me yesterday, but as no one here showed interest and made him an offer, i left them there because I dont have a beetle.
You are not too far from him so. He is a gent to deal with so i would say you will get them for 60 ish maybe if they suit. Give me your number and i will pass it on to him this morning. Hope you get sorted. Tim
