    On the day, the main man from VW mentioned making it an annual thing but no more was heard about it. @Coxy is organising an event for mid September in conjunction with a VW dealer. I'm sure he'll be along to add more details.

    Count me in. I'll meet the convoy in Limerick, unless anyone is heading down the motorway from the east or the Midlands. I could meet along the way to Limerick?

    I had a 1950s Smart and Brown for a while too but it was three phase and I never got around to converting it. Sold it on in the end.
