Wanted VW Beetle

Hi All,

I am looking for a Beetle MAX budget of 2K.

Must be solid enough, no major rust etc.... just a beetle that will seem through a couple of weekends over the summer, until I can restore it next winter.
I don't have a huge budget but I'm willing to swap/ trade a
1998 1.7 Ford Puma, 81K miles, NCT 07/10, full service and Belts done @ 76K.

Good luck with the search. Next to the puma racing, the 1.7s are easily the best of them. not a whole pile of 'em (1.7s) around now either.
