A few of the big windscreen companies have them in stock - autoglass or whatever they are called. Drop into your local one and they will check the computer and last time I needed one they had one (or more) in the back of a warehouse in Dublin. Got it down to Galway next day. They are toughened or laminated - whichever is most modern - I can't remember.
