Hi folks
Regretfully for sale is my 1989 t25, was a panel van which I was in the process of converting to a camper but 3rd child and house rebuild means no time or space, so I should move it on.
It has:
Reimo roof
A good 1.9d straight diesel with timing belt done. Starts first turn of the key, even after a while being idle.
4 speed box from a 2.0 aircooled van (dk code I think)
Saab leather front seats
merc alloys with decent tyres
brakes renewed, new discs
Still on commercial tax.
I did an amatuerish job on cutting out the rust and welding in new panels, not perfect but it's presentable in my opinion and the van is now solid with no major rot issues.
I ran it through the doe a couple of years ago and have done all the required fail list work except headlight alignment.
comes with a new rad, yet to be installed.
No camping interior but I have some bits and bobs.
I have a tin of rustoleum paint that I was going to roller on the van, a la club 8090 thread (have the dvd somewhere). Same colour as sliding door.
Asking 2k ono which is much less than I've unwisely put into it. But what it represents is an easy quick project with all the hard work done that would have you on the road very soon. Located in South dublin.
Will throw in hardly used easycamp daytona awning if I get near asking price.
Pics soon.
Thanks for reading!
