2 full sets of Sanyo Eneloop rechargeable batteries, with one wall charger and one in-car charger. These batteries are incredible, they never lose charge when sitting idle and are good for hundreds of shots on a single charge.

Rubber lens hood, cheap yoke but adds some lens an flare protection.
Extra lenses;
An excellent Pentax-M 50mm f1.8 prime, fully manual, but worth the effort IMHO.
Sigma 135mm f3.5 'mini tele'. Again, manual. I haven't used this much so can't comment on the quality, comes in its own case and with a Skylight 1B filter, which also fits the 18-55mm lens.
