Rebuilt 1200 cc engine. Original VW case AS41 line bored - per Dave Wheatley. Can be verified from engine number. New Main & big end bearings. NOS VW pistons, new piston rings, reused honed VW barrels. Rebuilt heads, new exhaust valves & guides, recut valve seats & faces. Rebuilt VW /Solex 30PICT3 carb, rebuilt VW/pierburg 1960s fuel pump, rebuilt SVDA Bosch distributor. Rebuilt Bosch Alternator (inbuilt voltage regulator type). Rebuilt Manifold heat riser bored through soot deposits. Rebuilt original heat exchangers (better heat output), NOS german exhaust box. 180mm flywheel. Runs well, oil pressure 3 Bar @2000 - 3000 RPM, 1.8 Bar @900 RPM tickover. Dry under neath, no leaks. Compression Cyls 1, 2, 3, 4 in the range 100 psi - 115 psi
