If you know of a supplier for heater channels and floor pans for a fastback, could you point me in that direction. As Status Vw has now been bought by Justcampers, it appears that no type 3 channels or floor pans are on their stocklist , even though status had them for sale on their original website. Thanks

Tim, at the risk of stepping back into the past................. have you rung them?
They just may not have had the chance to update their full stock list yet since the buy out.

Rang them yesterday morning, rang Status number, and got through to Justkampers.

They say they have bought all the stock and Status VW. And they have found no type3 heater channels or floor pans, on the inventory list. As far as they are concerned, although Status have them listed on their website, they are not in the warehouse .

Just got a quote from a US supplier for 650 euros shipped to Ireland.

Would there be any additional charges this end.???

No heater channels available ...yet.

Thanks.

you could be lucky and manage to get them in under the radar but if you get flagged you will end up paying duty and vat on them. Which is a nice hefty lump on top...ask me how i know!:D Of course, Britt Roadcow Shipping Ltd have very favourable rates ;)

The 650 is for the floor panels only, and the shipping part of that is about 130 euro, which I isn,t bad. But if they are shipped with heater channels, shipping will be extra, cost of items will be extra, and of course VATMAN will munch his way through many euros as you say.

Roadcow shipping is well worth a pm so:D
