Christmas meal / Club launch

Will you put you name here in a list if you are sure to go to this and who you will bring with you know so I know the numbers

We can't get a private room unless there are quite a few of us....like 15 or more perhaps

The other point is, we decided on Sat Jan 6th. However, I thought of booking the meal for about 3pm but this is after lunch really and not early enough for dinner and some places (the Castlecourt, Westport being my first choice) don't serve food until 6pm on a Saturday....

1.) if the day suits you please list below who will be going?

2.) Is 6pm a better time so we can get the Castlecourt and we can meet up and have a drive earlier in the day?

3.) Can this be put on the website so we could increase club numbers and like the workshop suggest that folk can join on the day?

Join us for the launch of the club at the new 4 star McWilliam Park Hotel, Claremorris, Co. Mayo.

The McWilliam Hotel is located a ½ mile from the thriving market town of Claremorris in the heart of the West off the N17 half way between Galway & Sligo and only 30 minutes from the rugged Atlantic coastline surrounded by plains, rivers & lakes and with a backdrop of Croagh Patrick the Nephin Mountains & the Partry Mountains.

We will meet up at 3pm in Clonbur at Burkes pub for a cup of tea and a bun (we are a classic car club after all!!) before taking a scenic drive around some of the local loughs. We aim to arrive in Claremorris by 6pm - just in time for a nice meal and a few bevvies. All are welcome to attend.
