not going to appeal to everyone here but I know some of you Eircoolers have watercooled skeletons in your closets too These are ideal tyres if you're looking for "more lows" as they put it, or for stretching onto mad wide wheels.
I have a set of 4x Fulda Carat 175/50R13 tyres with 23 miles on them. Not "circa 1000 miles on, plenty of life left", these tyres actually have only 23 miles up. By myself. So they're as close to new as you're going to get.
This size is hard to find in the local tyre places and not cheap when you do (Eiretyres cheapest is €66 each, Camskill's cheapest is STG£62 plus delivery).
Photos: obviously the wheels need a refurb but they are rare 5.5J mk1 Golf GTI/Scirocco steels, winter wheels presumably.
directional thread pattern
moulding "pips" still present:
thread depth is as you'd expect from new tyres:
They will be sold off the rims for €200 or on the rims which are 5.5J mk1 wide steels for €300. Your call.
NB: small discount available for Eircooled folks
