Both chinese knock offs 1 works but is lazy, to me it seems thst the switch between 4,6&8 cylinders isnt working gives idle and cruising rpms fine but on a fast revving engine its too slow to represent actual rpm. 20 quid buys it.

2 nd one is faulty, if you know electrics you could possibly fix it, cuts the engine out when connected to the negative side of the coil ten quid. both have programmable shift lights .

Your aware this one is FAULTY ? Worth a risk if you have electrical knowledge but i dont. This unit was working prior to this.

I assume there would be no prob on a diesel - if so ill take the other @20 - thanks

They don't normally come with the W terminal you need to run it off the alternator for a diesel.

Don't believe Ben, he broke these by winding them too tight!!!!!! :^)
