[For Sale: Car] 1976 Beetle for sale

Hi guys

Bought this beetle about 3 1/2 years ago with great intentions of doing it up. It never happened and its been parked in my shed since and now I need the room so car needs to go unfortunately. I don't know much about cars, know when I bought it it came from the UK with paperwork and records for the car said the floor pan was replaced. There is a spare boot cover. Paid €1,500 for it at the time, I would be hoping to get somewhere in or around there for it (interested in feedback re amount as I don't know worth and I certainly am not trying to fleece anyone just get a fair amount)

If anyone has suggestions as to where I should post ad too that would be great. I know the car needs a lot of work but Im hoping someone will love it like I do and be interested in taking it on as a project as it breaks my heart to see it parked up and not being looked after.

Cool. Its a great colour where are you located ?

More picture would be good. Is there much rust on it? What engine is in it? Is the interior clean.

It is a great colour was my favourite thing about the car. Im located near Listowel, Co. Kerry.

Its been in the garage so long its covered in a good film of dust, must try get it out, clean it off and take some photos. I don't know anything about car restoration but yes there is definitely rust patches to deal with and I think in all honesty it would need 2 need doors, still hoping that someone will be interested in putting it back on the road. If I didn't need the space and had the finances I wouldn't even dream of selling it. Interior was clean enough when I got it. Its a 1300cc engine.

If anyone would like more info I am happy to try and answer but my knowledge is very limited, sorry
